Great people are those who make an impact around them. We can also say that whether a person is a leader or not, it is an instinctive thing for us as rational beings to make use of what we have for a cause. First, it starts in our self-discovery. In our lives, we learn things about ourselves. These things that we have may seem to be great. But, it may turn out useless if not used for the purpose it serves.  As it is said in the bible, now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it (1 Corinthians 12:27). We all play a vital role in every level of our self.

As we transform individually, being honed into the unique person we are, we are to also function the function we were made for. To ponder more on what the bible says about our individual improvement being translated into a group setting, it is said that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it (1 Corinthians 12:26). When we share what we have with others, our giving becomes more effective because it creates the impact we are all longing for.

Making a difference is creating a future.
