ASSUMING RESPONSIBILITY

Assuming responsibility for your success in life comes with maturity. It will be difficult for you to act as your best self when all you do is complain about your current situation. On some days, you could easily hate the world when things aren’t going your way. Let’s say that your ultimate goal was to open a successful restaurant. You’ve perfected your recipes, done all the market research, and set up your first branch. Even after all the work you’ve put into creating the perfect restaurant business, the customers don’t seem to respond the way you want them to.  

What you should remember here is that the things happening around you are not responsible for your success and happiness – only you are. The universe doesn’t conspire to make your business as unprofitable as possible. Your reality will reflect whatever you sincerely believe to be accurate at the moment. The universe and its seasons provide you with opportunities to create the fact that you want. 

According to John Randolph Price, author of The Abundance Book, “Recognize that it is the Will of God for you to be wealthy. Understand that there is not anything that even resembles lack, limitation, or poverty in His Consciousness. You were born to be rich! You are the offspring of the Infinite Abundance of the Universe.”  

If you believe that you were born to be rich, then you will naturally lead yourself towards that truth. The changing seasons are not roadblocks to your success; they simply provide you with different platforms so that you may explore and perfect the various aspects of your personality.
