One of the most powerful enemies of an enrollment process is the presence of fear. When there is fear in either the enroller or the enrollee, it is challenging to spark inspiration into another person’s life.

Fear prevents us from experiencing a successful enrollment process. If we take a look at the account when Jesus walked on water (Matthew 14:22-33), we see that this was meant to be a powerful enrollment process wherein the disciples would be inspired to step out in faith and walk on water, just like Jesus did. But there was fear in the hearts of the disciples. Fear prevented the disciples from being moved in such a way that they too can perform such a supernatural act.
