Transformation is what allows us to become more of who we were meant to be. It is through transformation that we become the people that we’ve always envisioned for ourselves. The problem with most people is that even when they truly intend and need something, they don’t immediately take action towards it.

You must become a leader for all others to follow. Being a space for transformation is about taking the initiative to start somewhere. Leadership is required in order for something to unfold in a coherent manner. Your transformation is something that requires coordination. Actively bring your transformation into play.

Everything in your being must agree and accept the change that you are aiming for. That is what it means to commit to something. As a leader you must be confident in your decision to bring upon change in your life. You need to focus on bringing out better things in your life rather than contending with the problems that you are too afraid, lazy or shy to confront.
