And Rebekah spake unto Jacob her son, saying, Behold I hear thy father

speak unto Esau thy brother, saying, Bring me venison, and make me

savoury meat, that I may eat, and bless thee before the Lord before my death. Now therefore, my son, obey my voice according to that which I

command thee (Gen. 6-8).

Who is speaking in the above passage? Rebekah. Do you want to know who Rebekah is? Rebekah is the Divine Intuition. Reverend Ike often discussed this with me at great length. He said, “The subconscious mind is where you are when you’re asleep. Every night when you go to bed, you go to sleep with your lover. That’s the subconscious. Now, don’t get caught up in the gender thing. We’re in spirit. The subconscious is divine intuition.” 

What is your divine intuition telling you about your finances? You know there is something there. You know there are directions from the Lord, but you just cannot seem to get clarity from it. It’s because too much is going on in your mind — the bills, the deadlines, the next big thing you need to do and so on. It’s hard to be still and just focus on this quiet voice that you actually need to listen to.

What did Rebekah say? Obey my voice according to that which I command thee. You must first listen to the voice of wisdom in your mind. Meditate. Find your space to do nothing, to think about nothing, and to say nothing. Allow God to speak through you to the most powerful instrument you have as a human being; your mind. Trust His voice.  Listen and obey.
