WHEN GOD OPENS DOORS, NO ONE CAN SHUT THEM

God shuts doors and we can never really do anything to open the doors God shut.

It’s not biblical to say, “When God shuts a door, he opens a window.” No, when God shuts a door, no one can open it. No one can force their way through what is against the will of the Lord. But when He opens a door, God will say, “See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut” (Rev. 3:8).

The door will always be open for you, if God wills it for you. However, God did not say He’ll push you through that door. If you don’t feel the door is for you, then you won’t go through it. Even when God intends you to, if you don’t choose to obey because you trusted your deceitful heart rather than His prophetic word, then you will miss out on what is on the other side of that door.
