Your Journey to Wealth
I am in business to be rich. I was born to be rich, ordained
to be rich, brought to the planet only to be rich, demonstrate
riches. So, therefore, I am rich.
—Bishop E. Bernard Jordan
Getting rich is not only a system of business. It is not only a way of thinking, or a particular style of speaking. Getting rich is also a journey, one that comes with unexpected moments, rough terrain, bumpy roads, all of which you need to be prepared for, to withstand when they come. The people who thrive in life are the ones who do not allow adverse circumstances to throw them off course. Whatever your process may be, learn to enjoy it, knowing that greater favor and provision comes, not only at the end of the process, but also through the lessons that you will learn on your ride.
One key to lasting in the game of life is to allow things to flow freely. Don’t resist everything in life. Life is a learning process, and a spiritual voyage. The more you resist, the more you will be obligated to continuously repeat the same lessons over and again. Some people find it difficult to even embrace a mentor. This independent age, in which we live, causes people to discount the role of the mentor. They feel as if, they can do everything themselves.
Quite obviously if you could become rich without the example of anyone, you would be rich right now. The reason why you are not is because you, like everyone else needs to be coached, to maximize your potential. So then, you need a mentor on your journey, but not just any mentor. You need to have mentors who are financially equipped. No one can take you somewhere that they have not been.
