MINIMUM WAGE ACTIVITIES DISEASE AND HOW TO DEFEAT IT

Certainly other things we can do, we got to promote after-school employment, give kids an opportunity, raising the minimum wage was part of that, we can’t expect that young people are going to feel they can make a living out there for such low wages.

Minimum Wage Workers 

Minimum Wage Activities Disease needs to be defeated as soon as possible. Companies pay minimum wage employees the lowest hourly, daily, or monthly wage that they are legally permitted to. In other words, it is the lowest wage earned when a worker sells their labor. They are usually the ones that do not receive a complete package of compensation compared to workers in higher positions in the organization. They may feel neglected and unappreciated because their superiors do not notice what they are accomplishing.

You are a work in progress until you can solve problems for $526 per hour. As a minimum-wage employee, you lack a variety of necessities. Moreover, the skills or expertise organizations require to earn a high wage may be lacking. To move out of your current predicament as a minimum wage worker, you must always be aware of your surroundings.  Be prepared to make an effort to improve yourself. I want to spend a whole chapter on the $526 per hour income you must generate and how to avoid the MWA mindset.

Mediocrity is When You Retain Poor Performance 

In today’s advanced environment, highly competitive individuals are always present. There is a significant need for creativity and new ideas. You must eradicate mediocrity. Otherwise, there would be no possibility for advancement in a person’s life. Pillars of mediocrity do not come in small packages; they are massive.

People with big titles in their offices are among the cornerstones of mediocrity. It came in all sizes and shapes, ranging from a lack of inventiveness to poor work ethics and complacency. In forums such as meetings, you will hear excellent concepts that people intend to apply, but this never happens to owe to either lousy work ethics or poor follow-through abilities.

When not leaned in, mediocrity creates disdain. Mediocrity wears down good people. Moreover, they may choose to leave or hold everything and everyone in contempt, thus harming their work. Bringing down the pillars of mediocrity necessitates the creation of a trusting environment in which individuals do not constantly check behind their backs, which is likely to backfire. Isolate the posts of mediocrity and deal with them as needed, for allowing mediocrity to persist is a sure road to collapse (Kenya Institute of Management, n.d.).
