The Law of Sowing and Reaping

The law of sowing and reaping is a fact that can’t be argued with, but many people still try to ignore it and get by. If a farmer buys and plants low-quality seeds, he will get a low-quality crop or, even worse, nothing at all. If a farmer had lazy workers who took shortcuts to make their work more accessible, the crops they planted would not do well. Also, if the farmer uses worn-out tools to harvest, they will have to spend a lot of money on repairs. The machine can ruin the small portion harvested. And if the farmer doesn’t work the field hard enough, he might get weeds instead of the crop he could have sold and made money from.

No matter what crops or seeds are planted, a farmer or the person who produces the seeds must follow the law of sowing and reaping. This is important if you want to have a good harvest at the end. There are no shortcuts or easy ways. God was serious when He said that we would have a big crop. But we’ll only be able to do it if we follow the rules.

How do you feel about your harvest?

Some farmers are happy about the good harvest, but others are not. How do they differ? Why do some people have a lot while others don’t have enough? Many different things can cause this to happen. It’s possible that the crops with the best harvest got more rain and had more minor wind damage than the others. Or maybe they were planted in a place where they will grow better. Some other things could be how the workers did their jobs, the quality of the seeds they planted, or the size of the machines they used to harvest. There are several reasons why some people have a lot of money, and others don’t. And the main reason for this difference is God’s law about what you plant and what you get back.
