Is Money the Most Important for You?
Never allow your losses to overwhelm the gains. The feeling of being successful or having money is normal, but it can lead to detrimental financial outcomes when left unexamined. When blindly chasing after money status, a person may end up losing what is most important: their marriage and kids. The family is the most important aspect of our lives, and no one should lose focus on what is important while chasing after unimportant things such as prestige. As the person climbs up the social ladder, they stray farther apart in terms of their close relationships. When they think they have made it, they realize that they lost more than they bargained for. How much money do you have? Does it define your identity? If you lose all your money today, would your life lose meaning too?
