OUR MIND IS OUR BANK
Don’t tell me where your priorities are. Show me where you spend your money, and I’ll let you know what they are.

Money is like toothpaste in a tube. Easy to take out, hard to put back.

Our Thoughts
Do you want to become rich? What will you do next if you have attained what you have wished for? How would it make you feel to have all your dreams come to life?
Our entire lives, we have had millions of thoughts. Those thoughts have run our lives for us one way or another. Through these thoughts, we were subjected to many ideas and thinking patterns that either helped us or ruined us.
We have kept those ideas within us, made them our own, and set them as our boss, gaining control over our lives.
Let’s say someone comes up to you out of the blue and tries to tell you what to do and how to live your life. You could say you won’t talk to that person and ask him to leave you alone. When we think about it, though, that’s not really what we do with someone else’s ideas about how we live. We listen to those thoughts that try to control us and let them affect how we think.
What do you deposit?
Our minds are like banks. You already know that everyone has a subconscious memory where all of their thoughts and feelings are kept. We put money into our mind bank every day. And later, everything we’ve put in can be used and taken out. The catch is that whatever we put in this bank is the same as what we can take out later. Let’s say that all positive or helpful thoughts are coins, and all harmful reviews are plastic deposits.
Now, imagine another person suddenly coming to you and trying to dictate what to do and how to live your life. You might say you will not entertain that person and tell him to go away and get lost. However, when we think of it, that is not exactly what we do with another person’s idea about how we live. We listen to those controlling thoughts and allow them to enter our way of thinking.
Sometimes we even integrate it with our thoughts and make ourselves believe it is our thoughts. But when things are not going right, we ponder exactly what went wrong. In truth, things went bad because we let the negative thoughts into our mind bank.
