What is the Maslow’s Theory Z
After achieving a certain level of economic security, Theory Z predicted that people would seek a life filled with values, including a work-life in which they could create and produce. According to Maslow, “Work is not the same as labor.” You get paid for your passion is just a bonus.”
When there is an error in ownership, it is equivalent to having an error in management. It has a significant influence on the organization. Both privately held and publicly traded enterprises are susceptible to the “wrong owner phenomenon.” There are some things we couldn’t make work at all because of outdated or nonsensical policies and procedures, and this is one of them. A few enterprises would have ample money, but its main focus would be the business itself rather than being distributed among many companies or egos. Our company is concerned with establishing the right owner and then becoming the rightful owner, usually collaborating with management.
“A self-actualization organization, because the people in it are self-actualized, is when it’s enjoyable. That’s when you get fantastic results. When people get up in the morning and want to work”.
The ego system is characterized by several features, one of which is intense competitiveness between individuals. How does one go about forming a team when the core precept is that everyone should compete with one another? However, this is exactly what we prefer to do in most organizations. It’s one of the reasons why teams struggle to function well. They are growing increasingly competitive within the organization, and we are baffled as to why this is happening. Instead, we believe that this is the way things are. We are lacking: we are unaware that there is another way of being (Maslow, n.d.).
