You are the leader of your own life. Whatever you experience and whatever situation you find yourself in is a product of your decisions. You must take responsibility for your actions in order to learn from them and move forward. Taking charge of your life will allow you to create space for transformation.

When you take responsibility for your actions you start to accept your responsibilities in life and directly experience what is going on. Own up to your faults in the same way that you do to your successes so that you might have a better grasp of where you are today. The more you understand the need for change, the better you will be able to enter into your transformation.

Examine the life that you are living now. What components of it are good and what components of it do you think you can improve on? Are you happy with how things are in general? Remember, more is caught than thought. The way you are living your life is the biggest part of how you are as a leader.   Are you satisfied with everything that’s going on? Being a space for transformation mean that you are aiming for the most that you can get out of life. At whatever point you are in life today you must aim to go even higher.  You deserve a better quality of life than the one that you have today. In order to achieve that higher level of quality you will need to demand it. You will need to create the space for yourself to transform into a new and improved being. It is about constantly making the choice to do better.  Contrary to what most might think, there are better ways of doing them than we do today. There are better ways of viewing the world and interacting with each other. That “better standard of living” is something that we must all  collectively come to work for. Be the box/space/context for the best life you can possibly have.
